Copay: A specific dollar amount you must pay for the service received, regardless of the cost. For example, you pay $10-$50 for a doctor visit.

Coinsurance: The percentage of shared medical expenses between you and the insurer. For example, you are required to pay 20% of the medical expense.

Annual Deductible: A specific dollar amount you must pay before benefits are payable from the plan. Your payments are accumulated within one year period.

Annual Out Of Pocket (OOP): The maximum dollar amount you are required to shared in one year period. After this amount is reached, the plan will pay 100%.
